Performance, designed

You don't need more effort. You need better data.

A 90-120 minute, mostly-objective test session using VALD and Keiser equipment. We measure how you produce and absorb force, your range of motion, and movement quality on a joint-by-joint basis — and find the lowest-hanging fruit to improve performance and reduce injury risk.

How It Works

One session. A joint-by-joint picture of how you move.

Most of the session is objective, equipment-based testing — not opinion. We connect the results across tests to find the “red threads”: the handful of underlying issues that explain recurring injuries, performance plateaus, and training that isn't landing where it should.

01

Context

A short discussion after your onboarding form so we understand your goals, training, and history before testing starts.

02

Objective testing

Strength, range of motion, and force-plate testing with VALD DynaMo and ForceDecks, plus Keiser when relevant. One subjective test; the rest is measured.

03

Red-thread analysis

We connect findings across every test to identify the underlying patterns — not just isolated numbers.

04

Training recommendations

Adjustments to an existing program, or a new one built around what the testing found.

What We Assess

Six signals for better training decisions.

Force Production

How quickly and powerfully you generate force when it matters.

Force Absorption

How well you accept and control load on landing and deceleration.

Left-Right Balance

Asymmetries between limbs that affect performance or increase overload risk.

Range of Motion

Joint-by-joint mobility and movement quality that shape efficient, safe movement.

Injury Risk Indicators

Red flags tied to sport-specific movement patterns behind recurring injuries.

Performance Potential

Where the biggest opportunities for improvement exist, prioritized.

Example Protocol

Example protocol: Running

Every protocol is built for the sport. Here's what a running assessment covers — the same joint-by-joint approach applies to every sport we test.

Strength (VALD DynaMo)

  • Ankle dorsiflexion & plantarflexion
  • Knee flexion & extension
  • Hip adduction & abduction
  • Hip flexion — added case-by-case

Range of Motion

  • Hip internal & external rotation
  • Ankle dorsiflexion

Force Plate (VALD ForceDecks)

  • Bilateral countermovement jump
  • Bilateral hop test (5 jumps) — reactive strength & ankle force production speed
  • Unilateral / single-leg hop test
  • Iso-push, drop jump, or other tests — added case-by-case

Keiser leg press is used occasionally, depending on the athlete.

Built for your sport

Running is one example. We build protocols for most sports, and a general test for corporate wellness.

Don't see your sport? We can build a protocol for it.

From red flags to a training plan.

Results connect the dots across every test into a short, clear summary — where you're losing performance, where injury risk is building, and what to do about it.

Already training

Already training? We provide adjustments that target the red flags inside your current program.

No program yet? We can build one around what testing found for your current training phase.

Testing for teams, camps, and companies

Testing scales beyond individual athletes — for teams, training camps, and corporate wellness programs. Group protocols are built around your context, whether that's a full roster, a preseason camp, or an employee wellness initiative.
